SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH - August 28, 2012 - NACD Utah today announced the launch of
its new website http://utah.nacdonline.org . The website introduces streamlined functionality
and a user-friendly design to enhance the NACD experience. Visitors to the new website

practices. The website also offers a calendar of director educational and networking
events hosted by NACD Utah.

NACD Utah is part of NACD’s system of 22 chapters across the country. NACD Chapters
provide the director community with a forum for sharing experiential knowledge,
asserting their voice in policy issues impacting the boardroom and fostering exemplary
governance in the business community. Chapters meet regularly for director education
programs and board networking events in convenient venues.

In launching its new website, NACD Utah will showcase the benefits of NACD membership
in coordination with the national organization and its fellow chapters, providing a
consistent experience for users, who may participate in chapter events across the
country. As leaders with board seats at geographically-dispersed companies, director
members of NACD have access to all 22 chapters.
